Parameters

[In] Row 좌표. - Col
- Type: SystemInt32

- Type: SystemDouble
[Out] 해당 Row, Col 위치에서의 값. 위치 값이 없으면 XDataRange.MAX_REAL64를 반환
Return Value
Type: Boolean특정 위치에 값이 있는 경우 true를, 아니면 false를 리턴
